VA Services

VA Services start from as little as £40 per hour.

Depending on your requirements we can discuss the number of hours you will realistically need for me to complete the task/s in the most effective way. Minimum booking is 2 hours and block bookings are available on request.

This rate is for those ad hoc tasks you may need support with throughout the month. Let’s chat to see what needs doing and come up with a sensible plan together to get things done. All tasks are time tracked to the minute, so you only pay for what you have used.

This flexible option is billed monthly.

Ongoing Support

Looking for my ongoing, dedicated support each month then I suggest a Monthly Retainer package. The rate you see is the rate you pay with no VAT.

• Focus  10 hours = £390.00
• Ambition  20 hours = £760.00
• Drive  30 hours = £1,110.00
• Grow 40 hours = £1,440.00

You will be invoiced monthly in advance, any unused hours can be carried over to the following calendar month as follows: Focus – Up to 1 unused hour Ambition – Up to 2 unused hours. Drive – Up to 3 unused hours Grow – Up to 4 unused hours Any additional hours required will be charged at the relevant hourly retainer package rate for example Focus = £39 per hour.

‘Social Butterfly’ Event Package £1050

Includes an initial 1-hour face-to-face or online event briefing session including budget management before we get into the nitty-gritty.

• Bespoke Event plan for up to 250 guests
• Maintaining Guestlist
• Booking of room/location hire, food, and beverages, entertainment, styling
• Event Schedule
• Event e-invites or Eventbrite event set up
• Seating plan if required
• Up to 4 Teaser emails leading up to the event date including Save the date

*On the day or night support subject to location and priced at an extra £35 per hour

‘ENGAGE, INSPIRE & MOTIVATE’ Package  £875

• Creation of bespoke Employee Wellbeing and Engagement plan
• PowerPoint or Canva presentation of the plan to launch to the business/team

Power Hour £99
