Do you have a HR qualification?

No, I don’t but I have a lot of experience from supporting a HR Director and team member, so happy to help where able, and is appropriate to do so.

What is an IVR?

Its stands for Interactive  Voice Response, it’s what your lovely clients hear when they call your office and have a choice of which department to go through to.

What type of communications do you like to write? 

I love to write any comms that are going to your team, whether it’s telling them about a new initiative, or event or introducing a process or procedure to help things run more smoothly. I even enjoy collating the information and drafting the ‘Weekly CEO emails’!
